Airtel XStream Fiber Plans Terms & Conditions:

  1. All rentals are exclusive of taxes. GST of 18% applicable to the rental and activation fee.
  2. Installation fee of Rs. 1000 applicable on monthly plans while on subscription to 3m/6m/12m plans will be waived off. On 6m and 12m plans, the subscriber will get an additional discount of 7.5% and 15% respectively.
  3. Unlimited plans are only for non-commercial usage. Commercial usage is defined as usage above 3TB/month. All plans come capped with a Fair Usage Policy of 3333 Gb. Post 3333 Gb speed will be throttled to 1mbps until the next billing cycle.
  4. Airtel Xstream 4k OTT STB will be made available to the customer at a refundable Security deposit of Rs. 1500. Along with the box, the first-month recharge will be provided by the customer. Post the first-month usage, the customer will have to regularly recharge the STB to keep the STB connection active. The Security deposit is refundable only if the customer completes a minimum of 10 recharges above a value of Rs. 360 else forfeited.
  5. OTT benefit will be offered every month as per the eligible broadband plan, only if the customer opts for DTH Xstream Box as well.
  6. All OTT subscriptions will be provided to the customer through the Airtel Thanks APP. Zee5 subscription will be made available on the Airtel Thanks app only with the purchase of Airtel Xstream 4k OTT STB.
