Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of new promotional Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband plan – ‘Fibre Experience @ Rs 399’ exclusive for new Bharat Fiber (FTTH) customers as a promotional offer for 90 days for new customers in Gujarat, Tamilnadu, Telangana and Kerala circles.
BSNL has a large number of fiber broadband plans in its bouquet and launched some fiber broadband plans due to extreme competition in Fiber broadband. BSNL Fibre Experience FTTH plan will offer 30 Mbps download speed till 1000GB data usage. After 1000GB, speed will be reduced to 2 Mbps. This newly announced plan will be available to new customers in Gujarat, Tamilnadu, Telangana and Kerala circles only. Customers opting ‘Fibre Experience 399’ plan will automatically change to Fiber Basic 449 plan after 6 months.

These instructions shall be effective from 20-07-2021 on a promotional basis for a period of 90 days in Gujarat, Tamilnadu, Telangana and Kerala circles.
This new BSNL FTTH plan is the new basic plan at Rs 399 per month. Rs 399 plan of BSNL Fiber is the basic plan known as the Experience plan of BSNL Fiber. It offers Unlimited Data with 30 Mbps standard speed with a FUP. BSNL fixed the FUP limit to restrict speeds once its users cross usage of 1000GB data.
BSNL has mentioned it in terms and conditions and that the users of BSNL Fiber would be limited to data speed of 2 Mbps upon exhausting the allotted data quota.
Subscribers of this BSNL Fibre Experience plan will also get free voice calls, but this plan does not include OTT apps. The monthly price of this plan is Rs 399+GST.
In terms of voice benefits, this Rs 399 plan brings unlimited free calling to any network in India (local + STD).

This Fiber broadband plan of BSNL has monthly rental at Rs 399 per month (For First six months only). Subscribers are not allowed for higher period payments like Semi-Annual, Annual, biennial payment, and triannual payment options, because it is launched as a promotional offer for 90 days only.

All of the BSNL fiber plans are governed by a set number of terms and conditions. Here is a list of the most important terms and conditions that you are required to know about:
BSNL Fibre Experience plan has a fair usage policy of 1000GB of data.
Voice calls will not be charged for at all, until and unless they are made to other countries.
All the tariffs are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax.
Security Deposit: One Month FMC.
Minimum Hire Period: One month.
ISD Charges on MCU basis: As per existing ISD tariffs.
