State-owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a series of FTTH plans for BSNL Fiber subscribers. The base plan for BSNL FTTH is called 100GB CUL, it is available for fiber broadband users across all circles barring – Andaman and Nicobar, Kerala, West Bengal, Calcutta, and Rajasthan.
This Rs 499 plan was firstly launched on 3rd July 2020 and is available right now. The 100GB CUL FTTH plan provides unlimited data with the FUP limit of 100GB data for a month with up to 20Mbps speeds. After exhausting the FUP limit, the download speed will reduce to 2mbps. This BSNL fiber plan rental is Rs 499.

Benefits of BSNL Rs 499 Plan:
This Rs 499 plan or 100GB CUL BSNL FTTH plan provides a high-speeds 100GB data limit for a month with up to 20Mbps speeds. Post the FUP limit, the speed is reduced to 2Mbps. This BSNL FTTH plan provides unlimited download and uploads facility with FUP restriction. The broadband plan also brings one free email ID and 1GB of storage space on one email ID.
In terms of voice benefits, the Bharat Fiber 100GB CUL broadband plan brings unlimited free calling to any network in India (local + STD). ISD calls are priced at Rs 1.20 per unit for this Rs 499 plan of BSNL.
