1. Apply for BSNL Broadband connection through BSNL Selfcare Portal
2. Apply for BSNL Broadband connection by by sending SMS

Option – 1

Apply for BSNL Broadband connection online through BSNL Selfcare Portal:

Simply fill the details at BSNL Selfcare Portal Online Application Form through login to book new BSNL Broadband connection. 

Steps to get bsnl broadband connection through BSNL Selfcare portal:

• Click on the New Services tab on the left side of Selfcare home page here.
• Select your circle, then your District, Feed the details like Name, Mobile Number, and Email, Landline number (if already exists).
• Choose the service which you want to get ( BSNL Broadband, Landline, BharatFibre (FTTH), ISDN, VPNoBB, and Others). Apply Online, and you can avail any BSNL service listed on the site.
• Give the address details clearly in capital letters with your District/ Area Pin code to identify your area and assign concern person who can identify your location and also the Time Slot which is comfortable to you(if required).
• And Finally, click Submit button and wait for a message and within 48 hrs you will receive a call from BSNL to collect the documents for the provision of new BSNL Services.

Option – 2

Apply for BSNL Broadband connection by by sending SMS:

SMS the following code to 54141 (From BSNL mobile) / 9400054141 (For All Other operators like Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, TATA, RELIANCE……etc)

• LL*STD CODE for Land Line
• BB*STD CODE for Broadband
• LL+BB*STD CODE for Landline and Broadband
• WIMAX*STD CODE for WIMAX
• OTHERS*STD CODE for any other like EVDO, 3G DATA Card etc..

(STD CODE OF THE AREA WHERE SERVICE IS DESIRED Eg. STD code of Pune is 020 )

ex: send “LL*020” to 54141 for landline (From BSNL Mobile ) send “LL*020” to 9400054141 for landline (Other Mobile Users)
